Prayer Opportunities for
We want to surround every aspect of this
campaign with prayer.
Here are some ways you can pray:
¨ Prayer
in the Parlor
meets each Thursday
from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the parlor.
Please attend these prayer times during our Spiritual
Emphasis month.
It is a very meaningful time spent praying for FUMC.
You do not need to pray aloud.
¨ Prayer
Room
(the Bride’s Room)
is open the hours the church doors are open.
Stop in for a quiet time alone with God.
There are special prayer request cards, specific
names of church members, those who are sick and/or have
special needs, and other things that will guide you in your
special prayer time.
¨ Prayer
Vigil at the church
will be held on
Saturday, March 27, from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
We have a sign-up sheet in the church office.
Please sign for the time that you will be able to
come to the church to pray.
¨ Prayer
calendars
for members of FUMC
will be available, so we can pray for specific people on a
daily basis.
These will be in the commitment packets or you can pick them
up at the church. ¨ Bulletin inserts that have prayers for the week listed each day will also be provided. You will have different areas for which to pray and some scripture verses for each day. |
